I’ve known Dan since I was 19….so like 2 years now? Ha. Just kidding. I’m thrilled to see him so happy with Michelle – and she’s so awesome! Match made in heaven, those two. We had a great day of shooting around the Valley, with all of the fall colors and amazing clouds.

This tree was so alone in the vineyards…I had to get straight on to get the massive foreground, the incredible sky, those lonely picnic tables, the rows of vineyards and that big ol’ tree. I’m not a huge landscape photographer, but this shot gets me.

This is at another winery in Amador County. This is a pool of water in the top of a wine barrel, the reflection is of the sky, the winery, and their weathervane.

This was the sky this morning. It’s so gorgeous when it rains around here! Rain, clouds, sun, rain, sun, clouds…it makes for a picture perfect day.
